North ShieldsThe Meadows is a charity which operates a large community hub and 5 acre community garden in the heart of the Meadow Well estate in North Shields. We provide a range of supportive services and activities to local people who live in the most deprived wards of North Tyneside. We were early adopters of some environmental technologies but need to do more to effectively demonstrate our carbon impact and plan for net zero.
