Five Acres Community Garden is a day service for young adults with additional needs, we strive to empower our young adults to work on their aspirations in a safe environment, from cooking skills, horticultural, agricultural, and learning about nature and the environment.

We are currently building our new site which will encompass all our dreams and make them a reality.
