Number 28 Community House
HexhamNumber 28 Community House is a project based in East Hexham and serves the local and wider community. We are a council house, provided and funded by Karbon Homes, open to volunteers and anyone who wants to make a difference. Number 28 creates a space for Hexham Residents to support each other. Our focus is on making sure people have the necessary skills to access digital technology and to help them become socially included, with increased wellbeing. Number 28 is part of the Hexham Community Partnership.
