Located in Horwich Enabling Homes has developed good working relationships with various Housing Associations and care providers throughout the UK and listens to the needs and requirements of each particular service. Enabling Homes will research and purchase buildings to create a suitable living environment. We then work with building firms to refurb these to our specification. Once we are assured that each property is up to our high standard, they are then passed on to Housing Associations, Care Providers and Statutory bodies for occupancy. Generally, the buildings purchased by Enabling Homes are developed into self-contained apartments, normally somewhere in the region of 8 – 18 flats, however this can vary dependent on the requirements of the service creating a high standard of living accommodation that a individual can be proud of, and ultimately benefit from. We understand and support that at the centre of every property allocation or the provision of care and support there is an individual who is the most important decision maker of them all.
