Community Club CIC

Community Club 55 was set up in 2016 to provide community support for older people in south Lakeland. We meet at the Marchesi Centre in Windermere twice weekly and approx 95% of the adults who access our services have been diagnosed with long term health needs including dementia, mobility problems, sensory and or physical needs. 80% of them live alone and feel isolated, have limited access to transport and benefit greatly from accessing regular social, mental, and physical stimulation.
