WHAT: The Yorkshire and Humber region iiE Awards ceremony celebrating the environmental achievements of our members organisations.

WHEN: Wednesday 14th June, 3pm-6pm

WHERE: The White Cloth Gallery Leeds,   24-26 Aire Street, Leeds, LS1 4HT  

The White Cloth Gallery is conveniently located in the centre of Leeds, just outside the train station. This area is very well served by public transportation and a number of pay and display parking options are available to visitors.

DETAILS: The event will include networking and refreshments, a keynote speech by Mike Berners-Lee, and the presentation of awards to our members achieved in 2016 and 2017.

Mike Berners-Lee is a leading expert on carbon emissions, founder of Small World Consulting and author of ‘How Bad Are Bananas? The Carbon Footprint of Everything‘. He is a Professor and involved in sustainability research across many departments at Lancaster University working on energy and emissions with a wide range of corporate and public sector organisations.
