We will run through the context of the regulations, what is packaging, how to handle the data you need to submit and what obligations your company will pick up, and we will have a one-to-one session at the end if we have missed anything relevant to your company. Are You Obligated?

To be obligated under the packaging regulations, your business (or group of companies) must exceed two thresholds:

• Turnover more than £2million and

• Handle over 50 tonnes of obligated packaging
