Triple A (all about autism) is a charity founded in 2016 and covering the entire of Cumbria. The charity provides a space for Autistic adults to Navigate their diagnosis, to better understand their autistic traits and to meet other autistic individuals. There are 1:1 sessions, group sessions and inclusion@work sessions available for anyone with a diagnosis of Autism. The charity has also coproduced Autism Awareness Training and facilitates post diagnosis sessions for the North Cumbria diagnosis pathway team.
